I would recommend David Thomas as an excellent speaker on China. He recently presented his China Insights to 20 Melbourne executives (mainly CEOs and board members) who are also members of IMD Swiss School’s Alumni. As I’m an Lausanne Ambassador it was pleasing to have people express their appreciation of his sound grasp of current trends in China and of proven strategies in establishing businesses in China.

Having recently travelled the breadth of the country to listen to leading edge speakers in regards to real estate, I found David’s presentation extremely refreshing and addressed in very straight forward and easy to understand and implement, format. David’s presentation was very pertinent and inspiring with regards to many areas of our business and how we present ourselves to the Chinese market

When building a bespoke forum and study tour experience out of Hongkong for our Practice Principals, it was clear we needed to engage a China expert. Someone with a deep understanding of the challenges & opportunities of the region & who would be able to translate these into learnings relevant to the Australian advice professional and business owner. All roads led us to David and from the outset his knowledge and willingness to open doors for us proved invaluable.

David Thomas was the opening keynote speaker at our Danish CFO Agenda conference in Copenhagen, Where we gathered 200 CFOs and finance leaders from large Danish companies for a day of inspiration and discussion. David gave the opening speech on BRIC and why this is interesting and why we all need to factor it into our plans. He also ran a break out session on “Doing business in India”, where a smaller group were asking questions and discussing various aspects of doing or planning to do business in India. The delegates were all very positive about the performance and content delivered by David. He is a great speaker and facilitator and very knowledgeable on the topic of BRIC.

David’s presentation was engaging, Humorous & delivered in a relaxed manner and was well received by our clients, His insights into the China economy & future plans were enlightening even to our China delegates

David Thomas is such a dynamic, engaging speaker. His keynote was very well received by our audience as “very good to excellent.”  The material truly resonated with our audience of Real Estate agents, many of whom have had little or no experience with dealing with Asian clients.
